Return Policy

We want you to be completely pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, Schmidt Brothers will accept merchandise in its original, unused condition, with all original packaging intact.

Returns valid within 30 days of your order receipt. Please email info@schmidtbrotherscutlery.com for a return authorization. Returns must be in unused condition with all labels still attached. Returns that adhere to our Return Policy will be refunded the purchase price, minus shipping fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping and we suggest return via trackable common carrier.

If your order has been received damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please save the carton and all packaging materials and contact us immediately at: info@schmidtbrotherscutlery.com. We will contact you upon receipt on how to correct this issue.

Please pack returns in original outer box or another sturdy shipping box with appropriate packing materials to ensure the product arrives to our office in good condition. We are not responsible for returns that do not have tracking/delivery confirmation (POD) showing that the package was actually received by our office. To ensure safety when sending back cutlery items, please wrap and secure the product to protect all points and edges from cutting through the shipping carton. This is in the interest of safety for all delivery personnel and to comply with US regulations when sending sharp objects through courier services.

Shipping:

We are unable to update shipping addresses at this time due to the high volume of outgoing orders and real-time processing. Please allow a window of 1-3 business days for your order to ship; you will receive an email containing your tracking number once the order has physically shipped.
